Hotel Miramar - Lloret de Mar

The friendly and helpful receptionist always greeted us with a smile. The rooftop pool provided a lovely and relaxing escape after exploring nearby eateries.

Efficient people where working here. The breakfast was sensational and great, with a great selection of different options.

Perfectly clean hotel, enjoyed to be adjacent to bus station, and Girona thanks to lovely and excellent location. The room was well priced and included a balcony, a mini refrigerator, and complimentary wireless internet. We had sea view with a very comfy bed:)))...  

The rooftop pool with views was good.

I could hear everything happening in the hallways and from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my comfort. A large dumper truck caused disturbances during the night.

The hotel boasts beautifully renovated rooms with lovely sea views, and the staff really went the extra mile, especially in accommodating dietary needs. The rooftop pool is a great spot to unwind after exploring nearby restaurants right by the beach....

if person wants to find minus he/she always find it even in 5 star hotel) the location makes it amazing, room are big, i was in low season and it was lazy happy time, enjoy your stay wen your abroad) i would stay there forever and will do it next time

Breakfast was very poor. Rental price for a deposite box is anreasonable: 3 euros for a day with the condition that you can rent a box only for the hole period you stay in the hotel (not for days you want)

The position of the hotel great overlooking the beach. Road to cross.The lady who cleaned the room was very helpful and friendly.

No friendly greeting at reception or breakfast room. But staff were helpful if asked. We booked a room overlooking the beach but were sent to a room facing a brick wall. This was sorted quickly.

The location

I was part of a group of 12 young women and we were on a high at a Hen wknd and we were really put off by the whole place. The staff were extremely rude and the service was terrible, they do not know the meaning of customer service. Overall the whole resort of lloret de mar has a really bad attitude.

Lekker breakfast selection, the staff are just so friendly, and the rooftop pool is a nice chill spot! We really enjoyed the sea views from our balcony, flipping amazing!

Only downside was the noise, with all the parties nearby it got a bit loud at night.

Very unpleasant breakfast staff. Absolutely horrible breakfast! Very little food, no tomatoes or any veg, old bread rolls, burnt coffee, no eggs. Nor reason to charge 120 Euro per night! We stayed in many hotels all over Europe and this one is just rubbish! No tea/coffee making facilities in the room or little fridge. Not sure why they have 4 stars! Looks good from the outside but outside only. Don't look under the beds:) It's very dustry over there! And you can hear people next door taking shower, bathing etc..what a jolly!

The rooftop pool was fine, but the food was pretty average-breakfast lacked variety, and dinner options were limited. Chur to the friendly staff, though!

great views but some noise

I loved the really comfortable beds. The room was cleaned every day, a nice touch. Each morning, the lovely buffet breakfast provided a great start to my day, with plenty of options to choose from. The sea view from my room's balcony was lovely,...
